La Rosière
An open air club for children
La Rosière is a winter wonderland with a particularly warm welcome for children. Even at the edge of the slopes, you will soon see why this resort is ideal for pint-sized skiers: 4 free drag lifts, one of which is a covered conveyor, to transport the kids towards their first turns. The gradient is manageable and the ski pass is free for under 5s.
Espace du Petit Saint-Bernard, for example, is equipped with amusing modules in a fun area in the middle of La Rosière forest.
A good way of learning while having fun for all sizes of skiers! La Balade du Panda, accessible from the age of 4, teaches children to recognise animal tracks, the mysteries of the mountain environment and the differences between fir and spruce trees… Because skiing is also a rich and fun environment, a real playground!
The resort has been awarded the Famille plus Montagne label, guaranteeing the welcome and services available for families with children.
As well as the traditional private (or group) lessons with an instructor, children can glide on a paret (a small, traditional sledge), learn to snowboard (from the age of 4, with the Petits Boarders offer) or spend the day at the Galopins leisure club for all children over 18 months. The best place to leave your very first tracks…
