General Booking’s Conditions

Article 1: The price includes the renting of the apartment, water, electricity, heating, bed linen, towels, wood for the fireplace, satellite television, direct phone line (without the communications), cleaning at the end of the stay (except the kitchen), access to the wellness area, and all taxes except tourist taxes paid to the commune of the residence . The apartment is rented with furniture, beddings, sheets, blankets, towels, and dishes.

Article 2: A guarantee of 500 Euros per apartment must be given upon arrival. This guarantee will be given back in a maximum delay of 10 days from the departure of the renter. If needed, the amount of anything broken, damaged or missing, or the cost of the cleaning of the apartment if not given back in a suitable state, can be deducted from this guarantee.

Article 3: The reception is at the residence of your booking. The renter undertakes to get the keys of the apartment on Saturday between 5.00 pm and 7.00 pm. If this condition is not fulfilled, the Company Altitude is allowed to rent this apartment again within the next 24 hours.
The apartments are rented from Saturday from 5.00 pm to next Saturday before 10.00 am.

Article 4: The renter will be given upon his arrival an inventory of the objects and materials inside the apartment. Any claim concerning this inventory or the cleaning must be done within the next 24 hours. After that, inventory and cleaning will be accepted contractually if there was no prior reserve.
The renter will have to declare anything broken or damaged during his stay. No object can be transferred from one apartment to another. Anything damaged or broken will be paid for according to the price established by the company.
The society cannot be taken for responsible in any case of theft wherever it happens inside the residence or outside the residence (for example car-park, ski-room, luggage-room, apartment …). The residence cannot be held responsible for any personal effects forgotten in the apartment after departure.

Article 5: The apartments are rented only on holidays purposes. They are rented for a limited number of people. You would expose yourself to a fine of 500 Euros per person and per week for any extra person.
Pets are accepted only after agreement from the residence. The price is 75 Euros per week per animal.

Article 6: Tourism residences are classified by the French legislation and do function by the rules of Tourism in France. There are some interior rules, valid for everyone, and that we would be pleased to see respected for the well-being and the tranquillity of everyone. They are displayed at the reception desk of the residence.

Article 7: Any cancellation will be charged 75 Euros per apartment, and must be notified to us by mail with reception acknowledgement. The date of that mail will determine the date of cancellation.
The cost is determined according to the following conditions:
* Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50 % of the price
* Between 15 and 8 days before arrival: 75 % of the price
* 7 days or less before arrival: 100 % of the price

If the renter is shortening the time period of his stay, for any reason it could be, the residence will not give any reduction to the renter.

Article 8: Any complaint should be recorded at the front desk during one’s stay at the resort.

Article 9: Information concerning the renter is confidential and subject to computer processing intended exclusively for companies in SA COMPAGNIE ALTITUDES. In accordance with the law on “freedom of information” of 6 January 1978, the renter enjoys the right to access and correct information concerning them.

Article 10: Any dispute concerning the interpretation and execution of this agreement shall fall to the exclusive competence of the courthouse of CHAMBERY and shall be governed by French law.
